Piano Forte X-CC: Fabulous but Over $2,500 Earphones!
Further more, "The driver is a hefty 16 mm in diameter, and boasts roughly three times the surface area of your garden variety earphones, resulting in enhanced low frequency soundscapes. Final Audio Design also added a proprietary pressure ring to each model's diaphragm (to ward off sound artifacts), as well as special pressure vents (to optimize air pressure around the diaphragm). Internal air pressure, on the other hand, is kept in check thanks to the X-VIII Series' metallic earpads, which allegedly allow your ear to naturally adjust to any barometric shifts. ... comes in a unique metallic housing, reportedly capable of delivering different audio blends."
Just wonder how many pecies have been sold so far...

Casualty of Birds by Human beings
Among the sources above, "glass" is the main culprit. Glass as the windows or the walls of buildings, especially high rise ones.
The reason? Birds often take the reflections in the glass of the surroundings as a real one, and simply fly towards the mirrored objects without any doubts.
Just as many people aiming the deceiving goal of getting rich, and lost everything in all kinds of gambling games (don't think about any types of "investment" any differently from gamble!).

General Web Pages with Kindle Touch 3G?
Experimental FeaturesWebKit-Based Browser
Kindle Touch 3G's experimental web browser is based on WebKit. It's easy to find the information you're looking for right from your Kindle Touch 3G. Kindle Touch 3G enables you to connect to the Kindle Store and access Wikipedia - all over 3G or Wi-Fi. Experimental web browsing on other websites is only available over Wi-Fi.
The older version allows "other websites", although with very limited amount of traffics. This time, Kindle decided to disable it at all.
arstechnica also confirmed this sad fact.

The Chinese Character with the Most Strokes
There are said to be more than 80,000 Chinese characters ever created, or recorded in all the dictionaries. One interesting question is: what is the Chinese character with the most number of strokes?
The answer is: "Zhe" (Chinese pronunciation) which is consisted of 4 "dragon", two on the top and two at the bottom. It basically means threat or fear.
Below are some funny Chinese characters as shown in Baidu. The one on the top right is the champion. "Biang" is used to be considered the champion. Although it is not any more, it is no doubt the most complex one.
Below is a larger version of "Biang", copied from here.

Will Euro Collapse?

Drive Theory Test
For people in UK, the The key to getting a driver's license is to pass the theory test first.
Books of guide (e.g. "The Official Theory Test for Car Drivers and The Highway Code" for UK)are available for this purpose, but I found it hard to locate online resources, especially free ones.
There are some fantastic sites for UK theory test (e.g. theorytest.net). Direct.gov offset details on everything about getting a driver's license.
Below are some quick tips on driving in the United States.
One needs to STOP before this sign, not just speed down.
Stop signs are commonly deployed as supposed safety measures in residential areas and near places where children play or walk (such as schoolyards), or which experience frequent automobile accidents, making extra precautions necessary (wikipedia)
One "must prepare to stop if necessary to let a driver on another approach proceed." (wikipedia)
There is no need to stop, neither slow down upon approaching a railroad intersection.
This is officially called "High-occupancy vehicle lane", also called an HOV lane or carpool lane. It is a lane reserved for vehicles with a driver and one or more passengers. These lanes are also known as commuter lanes, restricted lanes, diamond lanes, express lanes. Bus lanes may not necessarily be intended for use by carpools.
Cannot turn red when the traffic light is red. Some signs simply says "NO TURN ON RED". This, sometimes not being obvious, tends to be missed even by local drivers. But once get caught, a serious fine of a few hundred dollars will be applied. More importantly, it can be deadly if not observed.
No alcohols in the car, not even empty cans or bottles!!!
No littering from the car!!!
When overtaking a bicycle, must leave a 1.5m space from the bicycle!!!
When a school bus is presenting STOP sign, all cars in the same direction must stop. For roads without division fixtures, cars in the opposite direction must also stop!!!
Keep right, when there is no car lanes.
Always turn on the headlight during night time!!!
Must fasten the seat belt!!!
When stopping at an intersection, including at a 4-way stop, always yield to the car that approached first.
When turning left, either the left arrow turns green, or when there is no error signals, when the light turns green
Can turn right even when it is red light, but must yield to the cars on another approach!!!
Finally, for safety, Always lock the door!!!

Things Not To Say During Sex
- I have to poop.
- Smile for the camera!
- Get off me, I'll do it myself!
- This is your first time...right?
- You're almost as good as my ex!
- When is this supposed to feel good?
- I thought YOU had the keys to the handcuffs?!
- I was so horny tonight I would have taken a sheep home.
- Keep it down, my mother is a light sleeper.
- Hey! My friends were right! You ARE good!
- On second thought, let's turn the lights off.
- I'm sobering up and you're getting ugly!
- But everybody looks funny naked!
- Do I have to pay for this?
- No! You're too fat to be on top. You'd kill me!
- Actually, your sister 'likes' it like this.
- What's your name again?
- Hold on, let me change the channel.
- It's nice being in bed with someone I don't have to inflate.
- Uhhh...I think the condom broke 10 minuts ago.
Talking about rankings, TopTenZ.net is a very interesting site, listing up all kinds of top 10, from bizarre, entertainment, food, health, history, humuor, music, people, podcast, politics, religion, sports to travel. The problem is, it often gets "Error establishing a database connection". Maybe it is because of maintenance. From there, I found one of the weirdest phenomenons I have ever known: the rat king (Top 10 Rare and Important Archeological Finds).
Aneki.com has a more straightforward top 10 list. While some information are no longer true, most of them are still true or quite close, and fun to read.
top-10-list.org is also a good place to go, covering the topics of Auto, Business, Education, Entertainment,Featured, Health, Mis, People, Sport, Technology, Travel, Video etc. From there, found a picture on fotomage, creative in a stupid way.

Stuff for Nerds - News, Gedgets, Reviews and Stuff
According to Wikipedia, "Nerd is a term that refers to an intelligent but single-minded person obsessed with a nonsocial hobby or pursuit. Nerds are generally considered to be awkward, shy and/or unattractive by most. Thus, a nerd is often excluded from physical activity and considered a loner by others, or will tend to associate with a small group of like-minded people."
On-line dictionary of Oxford has a much simpler definition: A nerd is "a foolish or contemptible person who lacks social skills or is boringly studious".
Whatever the definition is, it is often quite fun to just surf around anything entitled nerd something.
Nerd Approved has news about gadgets and gizmos whatsoever imaginable, and hot in the media.
Nerd News has all news, rumors and reports about new technology, gears, nerdy news and so on. The LOL session, while not being updated frequently, is especially fun to read, if just for killing some time.
Topless Robot specializes in start wars, transformers, batman, impressive nerdy arts etc.
Nerd News and Reviews is more into video games, books, comics, movies, music, TC etc.

VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0)
But nothing is perfect, once I got the error of "VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0)", when restoring my suspended Windows XP (I love XP! Why using the heavier and full of useless tasks 7? And don't even bother the coming Windows 8!).
Getting panic, with great fear of having lost all of my precious data in it, I started finding to rescue solution. Without much difficulty, I found it.
It's nothing of a rocket science: just do a disk check (see VWMare's help page).
Anybody familiar with command window, type "chkdsk c: /r" and hit the return key. "c" is the drive where the image file of VMWare is located. Wait until it finish, play the same image gain, there it goes!
Below is part of the original message.
