First download Android SDK from Google.
After unzip the downloaded file, we can find adb.exe command in sdk\platform-tools directory.
Then download Oracle's Java Development Kit from here.
USB drivers for Android devices can be downloaded from there.
But amazingly, or rather unfortunately, USB driver for Android devices are not standardized so that for some Android products, one have to download specific drivers from each manufactures.
However, there are some 3rd party software that can help to download proper USB drivers automatically. 91助手 is one of them. The publisher of this software does not only provider Android platform solutions, but also iOS platform, including Jail Break functionality!
