When Biden was elected, Trump claimed that his victory was stolen by the democratic party.
Now, the contradiction is: who is right? If Trump was right, the American Election system does not function as it is spposed to. Therefore, it is possibleas well that Trump can steal Democratic party’s victory to win his second term.
The said claimed has never been proven to be true in any senses, in any way by any law enforcement organizations.
As of Feb. 17, 2025, there have been numerous protests about Trump administrations unconstitutional decistions and behavior, in many ways including law suits. But the dear press sacretary clearly stated that the protests are unconstitutional.
Contradiction again. If a country has only two dominant political parties, and every party claims the other being unconstitution, then what it is exactly a constitution defined and its functionality? If it is so vague that it can be interpreted at once conveniences, the constitution is meaningless. But, the democracy is said to be based solely on this constitution!
The insane/unconstitutional immigration policy, tariff claimed to punish friendly countries like Canada for illegal smuggling of Fentanyl, the repetation of "McCarthyism" has started again.
"Despite the fact that all merchandise and persons crossing the border, both inbound and outbound, are subject to inspection by CBP, the number of travelers crossing the border whose electronic devices are actually searched is small. In FY 2024, out of the over 420 million travelers CBP processed at ports of entry, CBP only searched the electronic devices of 47,047 international travelers."
What? 47,047 international travelers has been actually searched?
"Pursuant to the CBP Directive, CBP may retain copies of information obtained from a border search of an electronic device after the conclusion of the search: (1) if there is probable cause to believe the information contains evidence of a violation of law that CBP is authorized to enforce or administer, or (2) if the information relates to immigration, customs, or other enforcement matters."
"Earlier this month, Lebanese physician and assistant professor at Brown University Rasha Alawieh was flagged at Boston Logan International Airport by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She was returning from visiting family back home when officers found photos and videos on her cellphone pertaining to Hezbollah. Her visa was canceled, and she's been deported back to Lebanon.
While not at the border, an Indian Columbia Ph.D. student’s visa was revoked, and she self-deported to Canada after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided her apartment for pro-Palestinian activity on her social media and participating in campus protests. Fellow student Mahmoud Khalil was a protest leader and is being held in immigration detention in Louisiana in what some Democratic Senators are calling an abuse of immigration laws. Most recently, a Georgetown University researcher from India who was recently accused of having connections to a Palestinian militant group is also facing deportation."
The last "connections to a Palestinian militant group" is vague, but photos and videos "pertaining to Hezbollah", "pro-Palestinian activity" on social media, do they account for any issues of "national security"?
"The US Supreme Court temporarily allowed President Donald Trump to enforce his ban on transgender people serving in the military while legal challenges to the policy move forward.
Shortly after taking office in January, Trump signed a pair of executive orders that enabled the Pentagon to implement the ban.
But a lower federal court blocked the policy in March, ruling that the administration had failed to provide evidence that transgender troops posed a threat to military effectiveness.
In an emergency application to the court, the Trump administration argued that the lower court should show deference to the military's judgement in matters of national defence."
"Trump's decision to fire the Bureau of Labor Statistics commissioner is in response to the figures released Friday. They include massive downward corrections of earlier data for the increase in workers in non-farm sectors. He called it "a major mistake.""
